About Us
Built deliberately, by people who have done this at scale before.
Acrosian is a biometrics CRO built deliberately, by people who have done this work at scale before and chose to start again with the next era already in mind.
The Founding Credential
Built and scaled one of the industry’s largest independent biometrics CROs.
Acrosian’s founding team built and scaled one of the industry’s largest independent biometrics CROs over twenty years, with operations spanning three continents. The firm spanned clinical data management, biostatistics, statistical programming, and medical writing across every phase of clinical development, and enjoyed a successful exit to private equity.
Across two decades of operation — through every economic cycle, every competitive shift, and every operational pressure — we never laid off a single person.
The Deliberate Exit
The exit was not an end.
It was an opportunity to build something new.
Our founders saw AI changing biometrics delivery in fundamental ways. We had two choices: retrofit AI onto a large organization with legacy infrastructure, fixed overhead, and cultural inertia — a transition that breaks most companies — or restart cleanly with a firm built for the AI era from the ground up.
We chose the latter. Acrosian is what we built next: the same domain depth, the same culture, and the same high standards — engineered for a different operational reality.
“The exit was step one. Acrosian is step two — built for the era we are now in, by the team that scaled the last one.”
The Acrosian Team
Small by design.
Senior by conviction.
We are a small team by design. The people who lead Acrosian have spent careers at the intersection of biostatistics, clinical operations, and applied technology, bringing decades of experience in delivering biometrics services at a global scale.
Our team includes Math Olympiad champions and professionals with deep AI implementation experience — a unique combination needed to evaluate the AI landscape, select the right tools, build validated implementations, and execute AI in ways that generic teams cannot.
Just as important, we have the right judgment to know when to build, when to buy, and when to leave a tool out of a workflow entirely.
What We Believe.
01
Senior expertise compounds.
AI multiplies what senior biometrics expertise can produce. We staff accordingly.
02
Integration is non-negotiable.
Fragmented vendors create misaligned timelines, inconsistent standards, and gaps in accountability. AI now adds a sharp new dimension: vendors diverging in how they implement and validate AI, creating incompatible quality and audit trails within the same program. We built Acrosian to remove all of it.
03
Validation is not optional.
Every AI-augmented workflow is designed to meet GxP validation requirements before deployment. Audit readiness is the design starting point, not a downstream concern.
04
People matter.
In nearly two decades of building our prior firm, we never resorted to a layoff. That is not a marketing line. It is the long-term operating discipline that lets us attract, develop, and keep the best people in life sciences globally.
